I purchased a used car from JTs CDJR of Columbia as an out-of-state buyer from Florida and I could not have been happier with my experience! I was extremely grateful with how communicative and transparent the team was; there were no surprises and I always felt in-the-loop during the process even though everything was being handled via texts, calls, and emails since I couldn’t come in person. Chris Simmons was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I truly could not have hoped for a better salesperson during the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and all of my questions were answered. He was super quick with responding, worked very swiftly to ensure that I’d secure the car, and just genuinely changed my opinion of car salesmen (for the better!). The vehicle I purchased was in fantastic condition and was exactly as described/depicted online. I previously had a bad experience at a used car dealership in my home state where they didn’t allow me to hire a mobile mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle (which I thought was very suspicious!), but JT’s had no problem with the inspector doing a full inspection and the car passed with flying colors. All in all, I had such a great experience at JT’s that I would go out of my way again to purchase a vehicle there and drive it back to Florida rather than purchasing a vehicle in my home state. The team and the car made it absolutely worth it!

Maria the service Mgr really got me out of a pickle. I had a recall and needed to get it taken care asap in order to get out of town on an emergency last minute work trip. The recall had something to do with my trucks tow package lights. I needed to toe a trailer on a 600 mile trip. The part was on back order. She took the part from a new truck that it was reserved for. Had the part installed in a few hours and gave me a free oil change and rotation. This was done all in the same day that I called about the issue! Sales Mgr Chad Gamble took time out of his day and helped me coordinate all of this as well and it was not his duty to do so. Very happy with Dodgeland and I have bought 4 vehicles from them in the last 6 years. Thanks again!!!

Ashton Thomas is the best salesperson at JT’s Dodgeland dealership. He is so personable and goes out of his way to assist his customers with a good deal and a good vehicle. The bought a preowned RAV4 that had some slight body damage and he set up to get it fixed, had them order the parts in advance, came and picked it up from my place of work (in the pouring rain!), and then brought it back to me at my home. He made this inconvenience convenient for me. Now that is service! He also continually checked on me during the process. Chris was great. Everyone at this location was personable and professional. Not pushy, or trying to rush us. Gregg the finance manager was even able to lower our interest rate. Payton was the first person we met when my wife and I got out of my truck, he asked me what I needed. I told him what problems I was having with my current truck and that I was there to find a new one to replace it. He listened to me and my concerns and questions. Told him what I was looking for and he nailed it on the first try. I love my new truck that Payton helped me to get. He was honest and straight forward, took care of business. For a change I didn't have buyers remorse when I left.The lady in finance was awesome as well, forgive me for not remembering your name. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I was greeted outside by Mark, who ask if he could help me, he was not pushy and seemed genuine. I advised that I had looked online and wanted to see a couple of trucks.
